What We Do & Why

    California Grad Jobs understands the difficulty in finding a job for today’s college graduate. With more and more students going on to attend college, the competition to land that first job is as fierce as ever. We continue to provide today’s college graduate with an excellent resource to assist with the job search as well as several tools to get them started. Our goal is quality on both sides of the equation. Not only do we take pride in providing quality job opportunities to recent college graduates, but we also take pride in providing quality employers with quality candidates.

    As for why do we do this, the answer is simple. We do this because we have been through the process and understand the difficulties and frustrations which occur on both sides of the equation.
